Extra Eyes Home Inspections is a home inspection company that provides thorough and professional home inspection services to home buyers, sellers, and homeowners.

A typical home inspection includes a thorough examination of the home's roofing, exterior, structure, electrical, HVAC, insulation and ventilation, plumbing, interior and pools and spas. Our inspectors will provide you with a detailed report highlighting any issues or concerns they may find.

We use state of the art inspection software that breaks down the report in sections for ease of understanding. In each home system there will be a Description section, Limitation section and a Recommendation section.  

The description section simply tells the basics of what it is. Ex: In the plumbing system we will tell you what type of water supply lines are in the home, where the water shut off is etc...

The limitation section will tell you if there was any reason something wasn't inspected, such as the heat not being tested because the gas was shut off (yes this has happened to me).

The Recommendation section tells you what issues we find.  

These 3 things will be repeated in each home system, Roofing, Exterior, Structure, Electrical, Heating, Cooling, Insulation and Ventilation, Plumbing, Interior and Pools and Spas (if applicable).
